Our initial program focuses on Human Services leaders in Wisconsin, with aspirations to broaden our reach to various industries and states. trauma informed care training & Implementation

Our Trauma-Informed Care (TIC) Training and Implementation Curriculum is designed to help leaders and organizations create and sustain a trauma-informed culture. By participating, your team will gain the knowledge and skills needed to prioritize staff wellbeing and achieve positive outcomes. We start by facilitating a TIC Organizational Assessment and tailor the training series to fit your specific needs. This comprehensive training series covers three key areas:

  • Implementation strategies

Trauma-Informed Leadership Transformation Program supports organizations in implementing Trauma-Informed Care (TIC) and fostering resilient leadership. It includes:

  • Governance Summit: A half-day event for stakeholders and leaders to discuss trauma-informed change.

  • Leadership Summit: A half-day event for leaders to align with TIC principles.

  • Agency-wide Trauma-Informed Care Training

  • Self-Care for Leaders: A 2-part webinar series emphasizing leader well-being.

  • Professional Team Coaching: Bi-monthly sessions with your team focusing on implementing TIC practices and addressing leadership challenges.

workforce wellbeing group coaching

Our Workforce Wellbeing Group Coaching will create a supportive and connected environment. These bi-monthly, one-hour sessions focus on various aspects of well-being and workplace culture.

 

Each month, participants attend a lecture-type session to discuss a designated topic. Following this, the small group coaching sessions delve deeper into the topic, addressing the specific needs of each group. This safe space allows participants to share their thoughts without fear of shame, blame, or judgment, helping to improve overall well-being and prevent a toxic work environment.
